Here at Goodwill, beginning the year means reflecting on how we can accomplish our mission of Changing Lives Through the Power of Work. Our goal is to transform job seekers facing employment barriers into qualified, competitive candidates ready to enter the workforce. ToAA Family accomplish this goal, we never stop looking for individuals and business partners that promote the creation of quality jobs in our community and provide valuable work experience and training for deserving people.
For thousands of Mecklenburg County residents, goals pertaining to career advancement seem unattainable. Goodwill continues to be a leader with employment services and training programs to prepare people to obtain family sustaining employment.
